We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Seasonal Maintenance Assistants to join our team for the upcoming annual fair. This hands-on position supports event setup, grounds maintenance, and general facility upkeep throughout the fair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment, tables, fencing, and signage
• Perform general groundskeeping: trash pickup, pressure washing, sweeping, landscaping, etc.
• Help with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, barn, common areas, etc.
• Support other staff with fair operations as directed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
• Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet for long periods
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event setup, maintenance, or landscaping
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment
